REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt.
Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post. Please contact us immediately on info@davebella.co.nz, so that we can ensure that we meet our obligations to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

For health reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on the purchase of underwear or earrings unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
If you have requested a refund for your online order, we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

We will issue a refund as soon as your return has been received and processed. Please be aware refunds will be processed via the method of payment, there may be some delay before funds appear in your account due to bank clearance.

Returned goods be accompanied with receipt.
