FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER NZD 99.00 NATIONWIDE
FLAT RATE OF $6.00 FOR NZ ORDERS LESS THAN NZD 99.00
WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP TO OVERSEAS
We have the right to correct all errors and slips (clerical, computational or such) in any advertising, invoice or acknowledgement.
Delivery
The delivery times provided by Dave & Bella are estimates only. Dave & Bella will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Dave & Bella s cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
AGE RESTRICTION
When placing an order with us using this website you acknowledge that you are 18 years or over.
Should we suffer any losses by an underage we reserve the right to compensate from the care givers or guardians of the person whom placed the order with us.
You will not use any false identities or identities and must provide us with your full legal name and current details.
WARRANTIES
All our products come with 3 months warranty under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt.
Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post. Please contact us immediately on info@davebella.co.nz, so that we can ensure that we meet our obligations to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
For health reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on the purchase of underwear or earrings unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.
If you have requested a refund for your online order, we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
We will issue a refund as soon as your return has been received and processed. Please be aware refunds will be processed via the method of payment, there may be some delay before funds appear in your account due to bank clearance.
Returned goods be accompanied with receipt.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges
If a package is refused, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer.
COLOURS AND PHOTOS
Please note despite our best efforts to accurately depict the colours and illustrations there may be variations in colour due to image reproduction, original photography or variation in the resolution settings of your computer screen. Products and pictures should be used as a guide only.
